Between the main zones of diving in Spain we can relate:

Levante: Zone that we extended in “Diving in the Valencian Community”. The important zones of diving are the Islands Columbretes, the Llosa de Benidorm, the Island of Tabarca, Cabo of San Antonio, Cabo de Palos, Cabo Tiñoso and Cabo Close-woven part of a fishing net.
Andalusia: The best zones are the next ones to the Straits of Gibraltar, although it is necessary to carry far the precautions due to the currents and to their great depths. The important zones of diving are Castell de Ferro (Granada), Motril, Alborán, Benalmádena, Tariff and the Straits.
The Canary Islands: the Canary Islands have attractive a special one since there we can find fauna and flora different from the one from the peninsula. As in all the tropical places it is worth the trouble to go to see them. The important zones of diving are the Iron Island, the Gomera, Great Canary, Fuerteventura, and Tenerife (in special the Beach of Cakes).
There are some fantastic sites for diving in the Atlantic coast of Andalusia. The waters are full of life - extremely rich in flora and fauna. Also they are very clear; there is visibility between 15 and 30 meters. The exact location varies of a day for another one. It depends on the sea. Some popular sites are: The Sentry box, the Laminarias and the point of Morocco. Also the Island Dove in Tariff; here you can dive the same in the Atlantic Ocean like in the Mediterranean Sea. The nascent ones would have to make a course, but they can be in the water in only two days. The first course is the Open Water Diver. Other courses available include: Advanced Open Water, M.F.A., Rescue Diver, and Dive Masters. The specialized courses are: Deep Diver, Wreck Diver, Underwater Photographer and Boat Diver.
